Polehampton Junior School children are invited to boogie at the junior school disco on Friday 21st November!
There will be 2 sessions with 90 places in each.
Tickets are £7 which includes music, fun and pre-paid tuck shop token for the children to spend on the night.
To get a ticket, please complete the form for each child. It is important to correctly fill in the online form concerning who will be collecting your child. Only the person nominated on the online disco form will be allowed to pick up your child. Changes cannot be made after the child has entered the disco. It is important to also complete any allergy or medical information- first aiders can hold emergency medication for the night.

All tickets must be purchased online by 12pm on Wednesday 19th November please.
For pupils in receipt of Pupil Premium please contact the school directly for disco tickets.
The disco is only for children who attend Polehampton Junior School.
Your children will be well supervised by the PTA team, parent/carer volunteers and members of school staff including first-aiders.
There will be a quiet area with quiet activities available.
We encourage you to take any coats home with you after drop off and bring them back for collection, rather than leave them at school during the disco.
Please leave water bottles at home, we will provide fresh water for the children throughout the evening.
