Community Spirit in Full Bloom: Scarecrow Trail Success

We would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who took part in the 'T for Twyford' Twyford Scarecrow Trail over October Half term this year! The results are in and the winning scarecrows are;

Turtles- no. 26

Tin man- no. 9

These very well deserved winners have all received their prizes! Thank you to absolutely everyone who built a scarecrow for our trail this year and to everyone who bought a map and took part, we are delighted to announce that this year we raised a fantastic £1,342 for our schools- to be shared equally between The Colleton School PTA and Polehampton.

Thank you to all the local businesses who supported us by giving prizes- Benedict Charles Financial Planning Ltd, La Fontana Twyford , Odds Farm Park, Rosie's Chocolate Factory, Ivy’s Retreat & Spa, Hong Kong Chinese and Made by Martindale.

And of course thank you to Ola Coffee Co and Grapevine Estate Agents who kindly sold our maps welcoming crowds of trailers though their doors all week!
