Spring has sprung and the PTA have been busy bees this March!

Quiz Night raises £379

A huge thank you to everyone who came out to support PTA Quiz Night last month. We had so much lovely feedback about the evening- not only about the chocolate tasting round! So much fun was had by all. Thank you to Sam for organising the evening and to John for donning his sparkly jacket and playing host.

Infant Flipathon was a sunny success!

The infants had a wonderful time flipping pancakes alfresco to raise money for the new playground on pancake day this year! It was a beautiful sunny day, the children (and the volunteers) behaved beautifully as they cheered each other on, and the technical skills were unbelievable- some children managed over 45 proper flips in one minute!

The Flipathon raised a fantastic £1,866!! To everyone who sponsored and supported their children, we are so grateful, thank you.

Infant and Junior discos were a hit!

Dancing, singing and big smiles- the children at both schools had a ball at their discos earlier this month raising £1,264 towards the new playgrounds! A huge thank you to PTA heroes Gemma C and Laura F who coordinated and organised the discos, and to all the volunteers (who probably still have ATP ringing in their ears) and made the evening possible; 

At the infants; Louise, Emma, Gemma, Sian, Victoria, Cristina, Florence, Emma, Jen, Holly Philippa, Esther, Suzie, Marta, Anthony, Fumika, Gemma, Shalini, Tilly, Leonora, Kate on reception, Mrs Wang and Mrs Castell.

And at the Juniors; Kat, , Kyn, Mel, Melissa, Michelle, Saakshi, Sarah, Cat, Katey, Diana, Lucy, Estela, Claire, Adam, Rachel, Julie, Rosie, Sarah, Miss Socks, Mrs Bennett, Mrs Scholes, Mrs Lawson and Mrs Medcalf.

Bake sales update

Thank you to all the bakers and parents supporting the bake sales, and to Roxana who keeps us on track!! This term we have raised;

- Year 2: £144

- ⁠Year 5: £200

- ⁠Year 1: £132

It’s year 3 this Friday and then we take a break for Easter!

Ready, Set, Go! Summer Fair planning is now underway!

This year the Polehampton summer fair is sport themed- and we would LOVE your help to make the day a success. Are you a coach who could spare an hour to run an activity at the fair? Do you have access to some unusual sporting equipment you could lend us? Or do you know a famous local sporting hero who could pop down for a few photos and autographs? We would love to hear from you!
